A bit about Brooke
Brooke's journey with Nails on a Nickel has been a powerful response to her struggles with debilitating health issues and the challenges faced by low-income and disabled individuals. After closing her salon due to her deteriorating condition, she found herself in a dark place during the pandemic, selling off her hobbies and regretting the loss of her passion. However, her creativity was reignited when she began crafting press-on nails for herself and sharing them online, receiving overwhelming support from others in her community who expressed the desire for affordable options. This sparked the idea to create a business that not only offered stylish nail products but also prioritized accessibility for those facing financial hardships.

Brooke's innovative idea to create and ship press-on nails at no cost for individuals with disabilities not only empowers them to express themselves through nail art but also fosters a sense of community and support. By providing easy-to-use kits complete with application instructions, she not only addresses a practical need but also brings joy and connection, making a significant positive impact on their lives.
